  • Calm and Collected

    Calm and Collected is designed to create a safe space for young female-identifying individuals ages 14-16 to form a community and overcome the obstacles of adolescence. Through this safe and non-judgmental space, there will be discussions surrounding topics such as body-image, self-esteem, friendships, relationships, and more. This intimate group will serve 11 individuals in a structured 7 session experience.

  • Skill Builders

    Skill Builders is created for neurodivergent kids aged 7-9 who may struggle with social skills, peer relationships, social communication skills, emotional-regulation, have difficulty sharing, taking turns, and cooperating with others. Using the ever-popular plastic building brick toys, this group is designed to give kids a chance to practice skills in real-life/real-time situations with the help of the therapist all while expressing our creativity and having fun with peers.

  • Overcoming anger

    Overcoming Anger welcomes veterans who are struggling with anger and the transition back into civilian life. This group provides a space for the participants to share openly about their struggles with anger and seek support from fellow service members. Topics covered will include understanding anger and aggression, managing conflict, and practicing tools to manage anger and relate more authentically to others. Maximum 8 Participants.

    This group will address anger problems in military veterans using a treatment plan based upon the principles of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT). Join us as we create a supportive community together for recovery and reconnection.

  • Together and Thriving

    Join us at "Together and Thriving" a couples group designed to deepen and enrich your relationship. In our weekly gatherings, we'll explore key strategies for fostering a lasting connection with your partner, discussing how to apply each principle directly to your own relationship. This experience offers a unique blend of learning, sharing, and growth, allowing couples to engage with each other and fellow participants in a supportive environment. Embark on a journey with us to discover the foundations of a thriving partnership, enhancing your bond and understanding in profound ways. Insurance is not accepted for this group.

  • The Afterglow

    "The Afterglow" support group welcomes mothers who are struggling with Postpartum Depression and/or Anxiety, or who feel they are struggling with the transition into motherhood. This group aims to be a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to learn and process together. We will cover topics related to coping tools, self-care, what to expect, communicating with your partner and attachment to your baby.
